Fulin Restaurant Online Ordering – Terms & Conditions
By using Fulin Restaurant’s online ordering platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions . These terms govern all pickup and delivery orders placed through our online system.
Order Types and Availability
We currently support pickup and delivery orders through our online platform. We do not accept dine-in reservations or orders for table service online, so please call the restaurant if you wish to reserve a table. Delivery orders are available only to addresses within our designated delivery area and during our delivery hours. If your address is outside our service range or if delivery is unavailable at the requested time, the platform will notify you (for example, you may be asked to switch to pickup). We reserve the right to decline or adjust orders that cannot be fulfilled (for instance, due to out-of-range delivery addresses or menu item availability).
User Accounts & Guest Checkout
Customers may place orders either as a registered user or as a guest. Account creation is optional and offered for your convenience – it can save your contact information and order history for faster checkout on future orders. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and personal details . All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. Whether you use guest checkout or an account, please ensure that your contact information (phone number, delivery address, etc.) is accurate and up to date so we can process your order without issues.
Payment & Pricing
Payment for orders is due at the time of pickup or delivery. We currently accept payment only upon pickup or delivery (no online credit/debit card processing is available). All prices for menu items are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and do not include taxes. Applicable taxes and fees will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout, and you are responsible for paying any such taxes .
Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Once an order is placed through the online system, it is immediately sent to our restaurant for preparation. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact the restaurant as soon as possible by phone. Changes or cancellations cannot be made through the website once the restaurant has accepted the order . We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is still in early preparation; however, if food preparation is already underway or the order is out for delivery, changes may not be possible.
We generally do not offer refunds for completed orders . If you wish to cancel an order that has already been prepared (or if you have any issues with an order), contact the restaurant directly to discuss a resolution. No refunds or credits will be issued once you have received your food (i.e. after pickup or delivery is completed). In the event of a problem with your order upon pickup or delivery (such as a missing or incorrect item), please let us know promptly so that we can correct it, but monetary refunds will not be provided after the food has left the restaurant’s premises.
Delivery & Pickup Times
Any delivery or pickup time provided (online or by staff) is an estimate for your convenience. We strive to have your order ready by the estimated time, but we cannot guarantee that your order will be ready for pickup or delivered at the exact time indicated . Actual timing may vary due to factors such as kitchen workload, traffic conditions, or weather delays .
Fulin Restaurant is not responsible for delays or any related consequences that occur beyond the estimated time of delivery or pickup . By placing an order, you acknowledge that unforeseen events (for example, a snowstorm or unexpected traffic) may impact delivery times. We will do our best to inform you of any significant delays, but we cannot accept liability for such delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience if your order takes longer than expected during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients, including all major allergens (e.g. peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, eggs, seafood, shellfish, gluten, etc.). While we take precautions to keep allergenic ingredients separate, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of potential common allergens . If you have a severe food allergy or dietary restriction, please exercise caution. Let us know of any allergies when ordering (there may be a comment field during checkout, or you can inform us by phone) and we will attempt to accommodate your needs. However, by ordering from our menu, you accept the risk that cross-contact or trace allergens may be present in your food.
Fulin Restaurant will not assume any liability for adverse reactions or other medical complications resulting from the consumption of our food . It is your responsibility as the customer to determine whether a given menu item is safe for your specific dietary needs and to take appropriate precautions. If you have any questions about ingredients in a particular dish, please contact us before ordering and we will gladly provide more information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulin Restaurant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our online ordering service or from the food and services provided. In particular, the restaurant is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from events beyond its control (including but not limited to delivery delays, technical issues, or other unforeseen events) . In any event, our maximum liability to you will not exceed the total amount of your order .
Privacy & Data Use
We respect your privacy, and the online ordering platform collects only the personal information necessary to process your order. We do not use your information nor do we share your personal details with third-party advertisers or unrelated services . Any personal information you provide (such as name, address, phone number, and order details) is used solely for processing and fulfilling your order and for essential record-keeping. For example, your delivery address and phone number will be used by our staff to deliver your order, but we do not sell or disclose that information for any outside marketing or loyalty programs.
If you choose to create an account, your contact information and order history are stored securely on our system to facilitate future orders and customer service. This data is not shared with or sold to any external parties. Because all payments are made in person (cash on delivery/pickup), our platform does not collect or store any of your financial payment information. By using the online ordering service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above.
